At NJS College, we follow a strict No Refund Policy. By submitting the admission form and making the required payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. No Refund Policy
Once the admission has been confirmed and the fee has been paid—whether partially or in full—no refund shall be made under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Withdrawal of admission by the student
- Cancellation of admission by the student
- Failure to attend or join the course after admission
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Rejection of visa or travel issues (for international applicants, if applicable)
2. Non-Transferable Fee
- The admission fee and tuition fee are non-transferable to any other person or program.
- The paid amount cannot be adjusted or carried forward to the next academic year.
3. Admission Cancellation
- If a student wishes to cancel their admission for any reason, they may do so by informing the admission office in writing.
- However, such cancellation will not entitle the student to any refund of the fee paid.
4. College-Initiated Cancellations
- If NJS College cancels or discontinues a course for administrative or academic reasons, an alternative course or academic solution will be offered, but no refund will be issued unless explicitly decided by the college management.
5. Final Authority
- The decision of the College Management regarding refund and cancellation matters shall be final and binding.
- By applying for admission, the student and their guardian(s) agree to abide by this policy.
